Corporate Culture

We believe that Organizational & Cultural Strategy is as important as Business Strategy for us. Both of them are like two wheels of a carriage, each one cannot be separated from the other one. Meanwhile organizational culture and core values were NOT once designed by the founders but are a set of common perceptions shaped by leaders after long-term accumulation of organizational behaviors. Therefore, what we need to do is to simply give a small push and a little bit of inborn genes. The so called "Organizational & Cultural Pentagon (OCP)" was then formed as guiding principles of our organizational behavior. We will continue to update it once a year.
